We review existing structures and plans for code issues and produce correction documents and updated drawings that bring additions, remodels, and unpermitted work into compliance, ready for you or your contractor to take forward.
You bring the situation; we draw the compliant set. Pricing is flat-fee, quoted before we start, with revisions included until it's right, and most sets are finished in about two to four weeks. We prepare the drawings - whether the city accepts the set, and confirming the path forward, stays with the owner or contractor.
