What we do
We work directly with licensed structural engineers to deliver full calculations, foundation, framing, and shear-wall design, and stamped drawings for new builds, additions, remodels, and ADUs. Every set is designed to meet local seismic, wind, and load requirements, so it's ready for plan check the first time.
Structural engineering is available as part of a full drafting project or as standalone engineering when you already have plans. You get precise calculations and details, revisions included, flat-fee pricing quoted up front, and a finished set in about two to four weeks. It pairs naturally with our work on ADUs and additions.
