What we do
When you add permit handling, we prepare the full permit application, submit it to the right department for your project, respond to plan-checker comments and corrections, and keep you updated at every step. Every jurisdiction does things a little differently, and our work is tailored to the cities and counties of Southern California - so the right forms, fees, and submittals land in the right place the first time.
You can add this service to a drafting project with us - including ADU and planning & design projects - or use it on its own if you already have a complete set of plans. Either way, you get the benefit of deep, day-to-day familiarity with local building departments and how they want submittals packaged.
